Minced rooster, beef, turkey 300 g (paneer in case you are vegetarian)
Egg whites 3
Uncooked oats 1 cup
Soy sauce 1-2 teaspoons
A pinch of salt, black pepper and garam masala
Cooking spray (fat-free really helpful)
